I could not find the Clinique Gift anywhere when I ordered. I would like the 7 piece set please. Belk should honor the Cliniques free gift option to those that actually go into the store along with online to buy their products especially this time of the year.
I just purchased more than the amount required and this purchase along with many other patrons that shopped at the store should also be eligible for this. If by chance you would like to know more this was at the Branson Mo store transaction I am sure this email will go unacknowledged but a loyal patron is a patron no matter if online or in the store and this should have been available for both.

Hi Kayla! We both contacted the shipping department and they had no record of the order, even though I was charged. We are trying our best on our end, and not sure why so many packages to the same people keep coming up missing!
For some reason fedex smart post stops at your local post office an the post office is loosing packages! With the last customer packages that she never received we had to eventually changed the zip code for her to relieve it, is there possibly another zip code your area uses? It seems that the same thing has happened to me again.
It may be on its way back to you. Smart Post is not a good option. Is there a way that you can overnight me a package using an alternative delivery method? Maybe you have my incorrect address?

My daughter and I both paid for our pre-sale items which was enough for the free chubby sticks. I told the clerk What colors i wanted and she was going to take care of it. When my daughter went in to pick both of our purchases up, she was told they were out of the chubby sticks. She went on to say how she made sure HER customers got theirs. Hey, there! Please be sure to double check the start dates when posting. The online start date does not correspond with the in-store start date! It was a glitch in the system! I work for belk and the gift should not have been available online until the 4th! If you were able to order on Monday than you just got lucky! I go to Belks in Waynesville NC. I always use Continous coverage makeup. I have for years so I always get it at bonus time so I can try out your other products.
However the girls at the sales counter will not give me the bonus products they say that is has to be over I think that is very rude I drive 45 miles there and 45 miles back a total of 90 miles to go to belks to get the makeup and Waynesville is the closest to me as I live in Robbinsville NC.

Clinique is a big company-why can I not have a sample of red polish with my purchase? Frustrated Mother…. Are the products in the gifts w purchase gluten free? It would be so helpful for women with celiac to have a list of gluten free Clinique products. Sales associates are typically only educated in the use of their products, not pharmacology. Instead it offered a bonus gift of the All About Eye Rich 0. I often bought that eye cream and thought that was a great bonus gift. However, what I actually received was a tiny 0. I called Bloomingdales but they denied the bonus gift was supposed to be 0. Unfortunately I did not take a screen shot of the website at the time and the size was not stated on my order. That was false advertisement and I will not order from Bloomingdales any more. I wonder if others had the same experience. I happen to be back in Canada after a long absence.
