You will get about rep per run. You can do such run in about 2 hours, but you need a decent party for it, especially the last boss can be a pain. I like this alot cause it's a welcome interruption while grinding the repeatable quest items.
Also your effeciency on grinding rep can be better when doing instances for non dps classes. Comment by seidule I found that I could easily farm Consortium rep while grinding Kurenai rep. Just collect Kurenai off of Ogre kill exp and save the beads for Consortium. Grinding the requisite mob rep for Kurenai will generate enough beads to get way into Revered for Consortium.

As well as the last boss being a pain, you might want to get a tank with good shadow res gear for the first boss, he can be very tricky without it. Comment by PGU I will farming ogres for my rep. I usually start at the base of the Warmaul camp and work my way up to the Chief. I then jump down, go outside, and fly back to the base and start it all over again. You'll have less downtime since they're very easy level 66 mobs, and for the most part come one at a time each pull, unlike the mobs at The Heap in Netherstorm.

Quest 6, "Purging the Chambers of Bash'ir" is repeatable for rep.
