Returns Policy You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund not including shipping charges. Expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be in its original packaging and include any wrappers or tags. For expedited service please include a copy of your original receipt. Upon arrival you will be responsible for inspection of the package prior to signing.
Do not sign for any damaged items or packages. If there is a problem with a kit the shipper will replace any inoperable or broken items for no charge.
